When I was little there was an anti-litter campaign in Hong Kong and they had these posters showing a pair of angry eyes, I guess to stare at people and shame them into not littering. I was reminded of those eyes as I drew the last panel. I guess it was a pretty effective campaign if I still remember it all these years later. I tried finding a picture of those original eyes on the internet, but no luck so far.

Very good indeed. The huddle of campfire lights between the village and the darkness of the plain… Symbolic much?
“private eyes (clap, clap) watching you (clap, clap) watching your every move”… heh… love the full page Liu Bei margin as well as the guy by the fire going to town on the chicken/brontosaurus drumstick in the first panel… this is truly an Alamo moment eh?!
@Mercy: Thanks! And I do try to mix it up a bit… as much as I’d like to I can’t possibly make ever panel be some armored guy bashing some other armored guy
@Vonbek: Huh… now that you mention it… for some reason whenever I think of campfire I think of roasted chicken drumstick *droooool *
Weird thing is, I can’t remember ever eating an actual drumstick in front of a campfire.
