I know it’s not Thursday, but after so much involuntary time away, now that everything’s nearly back to normal I can’t help posting anyway. A big apology to all anyone who’s come by to check for updates the last few weeks and left disappointed – the short version of the story is both my scanner and photoshop stopped working for some mysterious reason, and it wasn’t until today that I finally got them working again (thank goodness for the long weekend). So hopefully I’ll return to the normal update schedule starting next week (knock on wood)

I always thought a better way to phrase that quote would be “carry a big stick – then you can speak however you damn well please”
This reminds me of one of the first bosses in the original Diablo game: The Butcher. I rmember losing many times before I eventually took him down.
