Both this page and the last page make reference to Dynasty Tactics 2, I think. I’m not exactly sure, but when you play with Wu in their epilouge, you’ll have to take charge of Zhou Yu sometime and have him lead an army against Zhuge Liang. In one of the movies, there was a scene just like this. Zhou Yu left a message for Zhuge Liang on one of the trees. It said,
“Under this tree, the Sleeping Dragon shall rest peacefully.”
Don’t know if that’s where you got the reference from or if it was even a reference at all. But in any case, I still enjoyed this scene. And I’m definetly enjoying this story!
